With sellers: When you submit an order request or inquiry, your name, email, phone, and message are shared with the seller
With service providers: We use Supabase for authentication and Resend for email delivery

4. Business Listing Information

Business names, locations, phone numbers, and photos are publicly displayed on CrabStock and may be indexed by search engines. This is necessary for the marketplace to function. If you remove your listing, we will remove your business information from our platform, though cached versions may persist in search engine indexes for a period of time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We use analytics tools that may set cookies to help us understand how users interact with our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
