Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrabStock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CrabStock operates as a marketplace connecting crab sellers (restaurants, crab stands, watermen) with buyers. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Seller Accounts

Sellers must register a business account and maintain accurate, current information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including location, hours, and inventory status
• Update your inventory status promptly — do not list crabs as "in stock" when they are not available
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of seafood
• Honor order requests that you confirm through the platform
• Not use the platform to mislead buyers or engage in deceptive practices

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

CrabStock offers three subscription tiers: Basic ($19/month), Pro ($49/month), and Commercial ($99/month). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.

• A valid payment method is required to start your trial
• You will be charged after your 7-day trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
• CrabStock reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@crabstock.com within 14 days of the charge.

5. Buyer Use

Buyers may use CrabStock to discover and contact crab sellers. Order requests submitted through the platform are not guaranteed — sellers may confirm or decline any request. CrabStock is not responsible for the quality, freshness, or availability of crabs sold by listed businesses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake listings or reviews
• Spamming sellers or buyers through the platform
• Attempting to circumvent subscription requirements
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

CrabStock is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of listings, or the quality of seafood sold by listed businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrabStock's liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered sellers of material changes via email.
